Added 12 July 2006: James MacArthur is scheduled to be among the celebrity guests at the Big Apple Comic Con on 16 and 17 September 2006 in New York City. Show times, ticket prices, and further details are available at Big Apple's website.
Added 29 August 2005: Beginning in September, Tony Roma's (a rib restaurant with locations throughout Southern California, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and other major U.S. cities) will begin an advertising campaign for their "Endless Slab" special which will feature a photograph of James MacArthur taken in the early 1980s. The photo which will be used in the campaign can be seen here.
Added 18 February 2005: Today, James MacArthur joined director Ken Annakin in recording an audio commentary track for the 3 May 2005 planned release of Battle of the Bulge on DVD. Preorders are being accepted at places like Amazon.com.
Added 19 November 2004: James MacArthur has accepted an invitation to join the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Theatre, where he performed in Dirty Laundry in April 2003, and to which he pledged his support in July 2004 with the purchase of an auditorium seat in his name (a photograph of the dedication can be seen here). His term on the board will last until at least 2007.
Updated 5 November 2004: Third Man on the Mountain is now available on DVD at retailers like Amazon.com.
Added 13 November 2003: As mentioned in Tim Ryan's "Reel News" column in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin last week, negotiations are currently underway for the production of a new Hawaii-based television series which would involve James MacArthur in some capacity. At this point in time nothing has been formalized and none of the details have been worked out, but further information will be posted here as it develops.

Updated 1 October 2003: The Bedford Incident is now available on DVD at retailers like Amazon.com.
Updated 3 July 2003: The December 2002 interview in which James MacArthur discussed his mother's work on the movie Anastasia has been used as part of a continuous audio commentary on the film in the newly-refurbished DVD now available at retailers like Amazon.com.
Updated 24 July 2003: Several British retailers, such as Benson's World, are now offering The Young Stranger on DVD. This DVD will only work in Region 2 (PAL) DVD players. We have so far been unable to determine whether the distributor plans to release the DVD in a format compatible with other regions/players, but will post that information if/when we track it down.
Updated 24 July 2003: Now available at retailers, like Amazon.com, the DVD of Spencer's Mountain features several extras, including behind-the-scenes footage; a featurette on the premiere of the movie at Jackson Hole, Wyoming; an interview with James MacArthur and Henry Fonda; the dedication of the "real" Spencer's Mountain in the Teton National Park; and several other tidbits.
